Diversity in this world leads to different aspects of human life. Each man lives in divergent environment. We can find hundreds of contrasts between people living for example in England and people living in Cambodia. Yet there are situations, lifetimes even, where people living in the most hostile countries are happier, than people with comfortable homes.

It is often portrayed that millionaires are the most powerful people in this world. Having everything they desire, everything they need, a small thing they just thought of delivered right at their feet might seem as something really exciting. Money holds power, that is the truth even I had to agree with. But richness often comes with the most ordinary things. Things you wouldn’t have thought would make you the wealthiest person in this whole world.

Knowledge. This could be one of the things to be considered as a treasure. With knowledge comes power, and with power comes money. But in my opinion, people who are intelligent enough, and seize their knowledge right wouldn’t have thought of abusing this type of power. The more you know, the more eager you are to learn. You are able to help others, you are able to build new and fascinating things. You can reshape the future. And perhaps the world wouldn’t be such a hostile place anymore.

Love is another example of a thing a power-hungry, wealthy man could only desire. Yes, they could pay for it, but how would it lead to a long-lasting satisfaction if it wasn’t real. Love is something that comes naturally, from the heart you might say. People who found love are one of the richest people on this planet. It doesn’t matter whether you are living on the edge, or leading a slow life. Love comes in different shapes and sizes. Maybe you may find love in a long-lasting friendship, in a family you’ll build, in a child that is born to you, or even a cat you’ll find on a street.

That is why I think that people who have money are poorer, than the people who know how to seize the day, fall in love, learn. Because there are more important things in this world, than to count every penny you have stocked on your mountain of gold.
