What are the principles of healthy life style?
If you want to be healthy, first you have to change yor diet and eat healthy and wholegrain foods. You have to eat more vegetables and fruits. You shouldn´t eat that many sweets. You have to drink minimum 2 litres of water per day. If you want to lose weight you mustn´t eat oily, high calorie foods. You mustn´t smoke cigarettes. You should try out some new sports. You should go out to get some fresh air. In this covid situation you must wear your mask. You should wash your hands really often. You have to stay at home and keep your distance. But it´s really important to stay calm and be positive because mental health is also important.
